1. Delivery Areas & Fees
Delivery is available within the specified postal districts near Nile Eats outlets. Free delivery applies on orders above £?? threshold; otherwise, a standard delivery fee of £??applies.
2. Order Processing & Timelines
- Orders are generally dispatched within 30–45 minutes from confirmation, subject to restaurant preparation and local courier availability.
- During peak times or exceptional circumstances, delivery may take up to 60 minutes.
3. Delivery Standards
- Couriers are instructed to deliver food in secure, insulated packaging to maintain temperature and quality.
- If you reside at a high-rise or hotel, please follow the instructions you provided at checkout (e.g. leave at the front desk or deliver to the room door). Additional time for secure access may apply
4. Contactless No‑Touch Option
Upon request at checkout, we offer a “Contactless Delivery” option where your order is left at your door or reception without physical contact. Drivers will alert you by call or message. No cash exchange required.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
- Orders can be cancelled within 5 minutes of confirmation for a full refund.
- After food preparation commences, refunds may be partial or declined depending on the stage of fulfilment.
- In the event of a late or incorrect delivery, contact customer support promptly to arrange a replacement or refund.
6. Complaints & Quality Assurance
- If your order arrives cold, incorrect, or missing items, we expect to hear from you within 1 hours of delivery.
- We will investigate, liaise with the restaurant and courier, and offer a refund, credit, or replacement at our discretion.
- Our priority is resolution to your satisfaction as soon as possible.
7. Special Instructions
Please include any delivery instructions (e.g. buzzer code, parking notes, allergies) at the checkout. We will endeavour to follow these but cannot guarantee absolute compliance if circumstances prevent it.
